Cheif complaint
A 28yr old male resident of ammanabole .he is a farmer by occupation complains of continuous fever with chills, body pains and head ache since 2 days
History of present illness
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 days back then he developed a fever with chills , head ache and body pains and went to the nearby hospital and diagnosed with dengue
Normal routine he is a farmer wakes around 6o clock in the morning and he will have breakfast around 7to 8 then he will work in field ,lunch at 1o clock and returns home at 6oclock ,dinner at 8 sleeps at 10o clock
Past HISTORY
No diabetes ,no hypertension
Personal HISTORY
Patient has mixed diet , normal bowel and bladder movemen
Adequate sleep, appetite normal , occasionally alcoholic
Family HISTORY
No relevant family history
Treatment HISTORY
Not allergic to know drugs
GENERAL EXAMINATION
Patient is coherent cooperative
No icterus no cynosis no clubbing no lymphednopathy no oedema feet
Vitals
Temperature afebrile
Respiratory rate 18 cycles/min
Bp 130/90
Pulse 76beats /min
SYSTEMIC EXAMINATION
CVS- S1 and S2 heard , no murmurs ,no thrill palpable
Respiratory system- bilateral airentry is normal
CNS -intact
